Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Grounded Together. We are based in San Antonio, Texas, and we’re committed to getting your orders to you promptly and with care. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your items will be delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once it ships.

Please Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, sales, or holidays. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping through USPS and other major carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

We do not currently offer international shipping but hope to expand this in the future.

3. Local Pickup (San Antonio Area)

If you are local to San Antonio, you may be eligible for free local pickup at select events or pop-up locations. Details and pickup options (if available) will be provided at checkout or via email.

4. Delays or Delivery Issues

Grounded Together is not responsible for delays due to:

Carrier-related issues (weather, strikes, high volume, etc.)
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Delivery issues once the item has been marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you.

5. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If a product is marked as pre-order or on backorder, estimated shipping time will be provided on the product page. These items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
