Refund Policy

At Grounded Together, we are committed to supporting couples in building strong, Christ-centered marriages through meaningful experiences and resources. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Physical Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund upon verification.

Conditions for refund:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part

2. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., devotionals, guides, and downloads), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue with a download, we’ll gladly work to resolve it or provide an alternative format.

 

3. Events and Workshops

If Grounded Together hosts a live or virtual event:

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 or more days before the event

  • Partial refunds (50%) may be granted for cancellations within 7 days of the event

  • No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance

If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration.

 

4. Coaching or Services (if applicable)

For any one-on-one coaching or service-based offerings, cancellation and refund terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Generally, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to receive a refund or reschedule.
